Tomato & cranberries

Juicy tomatoes team up with cranberries and a mildly warming hint of chili in this light tomato soup. Did you know that cranberries are originally from North America and that they were given their name because the first settlers thought that the flowers looked like the heads of cranes nodding in the wind?

Sweet potato, apple & curry

An Indian inspired soup based on sweet potato finely balanced with tart apple. It’s seasoned with our own curry blend, perfectly tuned to the sweet and sour notes of the soup. Did you know that sweet potato contains considerably more protein than normal potatoes and twice the amount of vitamin A from beta-carotene as carrots?
